Summary
Hello! My name is Eric Whitesell.
I grew up in a small town in the mountains of Southern California. After moving down to Orange County, I began taking classes at Fullerton College, where I rediscovered my passion for art, and completed my education in art, earning a BFA in Illustration from CSUF, and a certificate in Entertainment Art from Fullerton College.
During that time, I built a strong foundation in draftsmanship, and have taken classes in applied perspective, anatomical drawing, digital drawing/painting, character design, prop design, dynamic sketching, animal drawing, and many more. Science fiction, horror, technology, the outdoors, and all things cozy are also strong passions and influences in my work.
I enjoy working as a team because it challenges me to think outside the box and create new solutions to problems. The opportunity to receive feedback and constructive criticism is an integral part of my creative process.
